Our home at the Barras is no accident. It’s a place buzzing with character, where independent makers, collectors, and creatives gather. Being here means being part of something that’s lived-in, slightly chaotic, and utterly human.

And our coffee? We do pour-over only. Why? Because each cup deserves attention. Pour-over is slow, precise, and honest. It’s a process that celebrates craft over convenience — a small ritual that transforms a simple drink into something to be savoured.
